Question 1: Where areas does LOGC consult to?
Whilst we are based in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, we can help you build your dream anywhere in Victoria.
Question 2: Will you actually visit my site?
Yes, all our consultations include a visit to site so we can meet you and actually visualise where your dream home will located. Locations outside of a 150km radius of the Macedon Ranges may incur a travel fee.
Question 3: I'm about to build with a big volume builder, will you check over my plans?
No, we are customising this service to those people that are building or renovating from scratch.
Question 4: What if I want another builder to build my home?
No problems, we believe you will fall in love with us and our attention to detail, but the beauty of our consultancy is that the plans are 100% owned by you. You can tender out to as many builders as you like.
Question 5: Does your price include a detailed quote at the end?
Yes, whilst we are always advising estimated item costs along the way, once you have completed and received your construction issued drawings we will quote the works to provide you a final price. This includes a full 30+ page scope of works listing your inclusions and exclusions.
There is nothing left to change with LOGC. You will know exactly what is included.

After seeing countless heartbroken families sit across from me at my desk I started the LOGC Consultancy Service.
I was seeing families shattered because their dream homes, which they had been very clear about budget with their architects & designers cannot be built for anywhere close to the budget they provided.
The whole process had been months of wasted time and money.
